MaD Award 2011

Award Prizes

There will be two awards (Grand Award and Merit Award) for each of the student and young adult category.

Grand Award

i) Full time student

We will offer an international learning experience up to a value of HK$150,000 for the winning team.

The international learning experience can be a leadership development course, an educational travel or a short course at an internationally  renowned education institute. The exact nature of the award will be determined having regard to the needs of the winning team.

ii) Young adult

The winning team can choose one of the following:

• a cash award of HK$100,000; or
  
  
• an international learning experience at a value of Hk$100,000 - HK$150,000 for the team (similar to the Grand Award for the student category);or
  
  
• free professional services  in the fields of design, marketing, legal, accounting or general management consulting up to a total value of HK$150,000

Merit Award

i) Full time students
A travel voucher at a total value of HK$30,000

ii) Young adults
A cash award of HK$30,000.

All the finalist teams will enjoy a one year mentorship programme. The organizer will also arrange media exposure opportunities.

* We will announce the winners for MaD Award at the closing of the MaD 2011 Forum in January.The organizer reserves the right not to present the Grand Award if the entries of a particular year do not merit such Award.
