熱鬧就是一間精神洗衣店。

就在離開前，她看到一首Wallace Stevens的詩， “Of Mere Being” 。

她徹頭徹尾就不是個講求邏輯和分析的人，她似終獨家村，用複製技術製造十個、一百個、一千個自己，然後用她們來填滿人口普查的統計數字，欺騙那些糊里糊塗的調查人員。如果那城舉辦世博的目的在於眩耀國力，那麼那幫人的如意算盤在她身上永遠也打不響，因為數百億的建設，在她眼內不過是填滿內心的器物。中國館、日本館、德國館通通是杯裏的冰塊，她必須用僅有的、不冷不熱的微微體温融化每枝鋼根、每塊石屎，來填滿半杯清水的不足夠，直至水跟玻璃之間一線的張力結起網，以杯子的maximum capacity儲起每點水，這樣，那班每天用以自言自語的複製人對象的額頭上便會泛起藍燈，說一句：「我有，我有。」
